Mission Statement
The Missouri Hitmen strives to provide your son with the foundation needed to take their baseball career to endless limits. Our sole goal is to instill the knowledge, drive, and desire for baseball in each kid in hopes that they will respect the game to the fullest through humility and integrity. Each player under the Missouri Hitmen organization will learn to be a student of the game in hopes to perform to their greatest ability in the playing arena.
Expectations
We expect each player to respect their family, their coaches, and the game of baseball. Dedication is crucial from our players and families because it is the main driving force to success. We play a demanding schedule and need a committed team to attain the goals we strive for which is to be the best at everything we do! Our coaches will dedicate their time, support, and knowledge to the team. They will be fair in their decision, but are in this to win and expect that from each of their players as well. Competitive baseball is a serious commitment and with the proper coaching, love for the game, and competitive attitude, we hope to make this experience a memory that lasts forever for you and your son. We, as a management staff will do everything in our power to instill all the knowledge we have acquired over our many years of experience. This is what we LOVE to do!
